Nicole Paul
Nicole Paul is a graduate assistant for Engaged Learning. She is intrinsically motivated to understand cross-cultural relationships and believes in the power that meaningful connections have to drive social change. Nicole supports the Director of Engaged Learning with Emory’s application for the re-classification in Community Engagement through the Carnegie Foundation, as well as other community-engagement initiatives. She is a current second-year student in the Master’s in Development Practice (MDP) program at Laney Graduate School. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) and her academic background, as well as personal experiences, have led her to engage with different communities in Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Rwanda, and New Zealand.
