Liesl Wuest
Liesl Wuest is Director of Learning Design and Technology. She broadly supports learning design initiatives at Emory, including course design, curriculum alignment, using technology to support educational needs both in and outside the classroom, and graduate student training in teaching and learning. Liesl gets very excited about all things that improve the quality of education for students, and she loves partnering with faculty and administrators to implement new initiatives. She regularly presents at professional conferences, most recently on how to approach class like practice to help increase active learning in the classroom, and developing departmental resources in an LMS to support curricular redesign and faculty buy-in.

She has a B.A. in Design from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Lehigh University.
