Scientific Writing Classes Online

Emory provides faculty and staff an enterprise-wide subscription to Nature Masterclasses, which provides training in scientific writing and publishing.

The training is delivered by Nature Research journal editors and aims to help institutions support their researchers with writing research papers.

Nature Masterclasses began in 2011 as face-to-face workshops and in 2015, the online training and webinars were launched.

Nature Masterclasses has been developed by Nature Research, a division of Springer Nature.

The courses offer researchers the following:

• Learn what it takes to publish in top journals, directly from Nature Research journal editors
• Learn practical techniques for developing your scientific writing skills
• Understand publishing processes and how the manuscript selection process works
