Designing Learning Experiences, Collaborating with Community Partners, and Crafting Your Proposal
Join Dr. Vialla Hartfield-Méndez (CFDE Director of Engaged Learning) and Jareka Dellenbaugh-Dempsey (Graduate Assistant for Engaged Learning) for an informational session on community engaged courses and tips on how to craft an application for the Community Engaged Learning Grant. Previous grant recipients Dr. Rose Deighton (Fox Center Post-Doc in Public Humanities) and Dr. Leila Rieder (Assistant Professor of Biology) will present on their past and current successes with community engaged courses in the humanities and hard sciences, and there will be time for Q&A.
